Software for schools, academies and training teams

DEESU builds learning management systems, gamified learning apps and education websites. The work comes from D.TEN, our training and education division, and from education apps we publish ourselves on Google Play.

Learning platforms

Course delivery, assessment, certification and reporting in one platform, with roles that mirror your institution.

Gamified apps

Short lessons, scoring, streaks and instant feedback, as used in Matric Guru, English Grammar and Basic Math.

Education websites

Enrolment and course information for academies, including Fizza Quran Academy.

A division of our own

D.TEN serves more than 500 educators and runs a live platform at dten.deesu.org.

What we build for education

  • Learning management systems: course delivery, quizzes, assessment and certification flows, instructor and student roles, and reporting.
  • Mobile learning apps: native Android apps for exam preparation, language learning and early maths, built to run on the phones learners really own.
  • Education websites: clear course, pricing and enrolment information for academies and training providers.
  • Training content and documentation: manuals, SOPs and course material through D.TEN.

What works in learning software

Learning products succeed when learners come back. That usually means short sessions, immediate feedback on every answer, visible progress and a gentle difficulty curve. Our apps use those patterns: Basic Math explains a mistake instead of only marking it wrong, and Matric Guru gives chapter-wise question banks with instant scoring.

For institutions, the other half is operational: roles that match your staff, reports leadership can use, and a clean way to move existing courses and records onto the platform without losing history.

Building for learners responsibly

Education products often serve young people, so data handling deserves care from the first design review. We collect the minimum data a feature needs, publish a clear privacy policy and account-deletion page for every app, and our own education apps are not directed at children under 13.

  • Decide early which learner data you truly need, and what you will never collect.
  • Give instructors and administrators only the access their role requires.
  • Plan how learners or parents can request deletion of their data.
  • Test on low-bandwidth connections and mid-range devices.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Both. A Starter LMS configures an existing platform to your brand and roles. Custom builds add assessment, certification and integrations. Our guide to choosing an LMS covers how to decide.

Yes. We publish several ourselves, including Matric Guru, English Grammar, Basic Math and Traffic Quiz.

A configured LMS is quick. Custom builds follow the usual 6 to 16 week range, and a full institutional platform is closer to a six month cycle.

The same team that built it. Every delivery has a 30-day warranty, and ongoing monitoring and support plans are available.
