Once your account is deleted, your registered email, profile, test history, high scores, bookmarks, study streaks, and ranking cannot be recovered.
In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy standards, users of Class 9 & 10 MCQs: Board Exam have the right to request the complete and permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you currently have the app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account immediately without waiting for manual processing:
- Open Class 9 & 10 MCQs: Board Exam on your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap the Profile or Settings tab from the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Tick both confirmation checkboxes:
• "Erase all quiz progress, bookmarks, and test history"
• "I understand this action cannot be undone" - Type the word DELETE in all capital letters to confirm.
- Tap Permanently Delete Account. Your account and cloud records are erased immediately and you will be signed out.
Option 2: Web-Based Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the application or can no longer access your Android device, submit the deletion request form below. Our developer support team processes all requests within 24 to 48 hours:
What Data Is Deleted & Retained
We believe in strict data minimization. Here is exactly what happens when your deletion request is processed:
